PK。但优秀的领导不会这样,他会说,好!那我找个人赛马,把这个活切一切,交给另外一个同事干。那人一看其他人干得这么起劲,他自己也会慌,自然就改变了态度和行为。」"}]},{"type":"heading","attrs":{"align":null,"level":1},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"02 Demo,用 Error Prone(Google 年 11 月,他在 GTLC 全球技术领导力峰会上提出「技术 leader ROI
