這兩者之間的界限很模糊，處於一種灰色地帶，英語表達就是gray area。該短語的字面意義就是“灰暗、灰色地帶”，引申義也就是“不明確，不清楚的狀態”。

不光司機開車不能打電話發短信，任何人在開車的時候都應該精力集中，不能玩兒手機。不然，一個疏忽大意，害人害己。
