宿主系統是ubuntu10.4-LTS-i386
vbox 版本3.2
首先給系統裝上gcc , kernel-devel等包
先切換到root
#yum install gcc, kernel-devel
（如果連不了網，請參考我的另一篇如何架設yum 本地源／光盤源／內網ftp源）
然後進入vbox光驅，安裝vbox的增強鏡像包，如果找不到，請對着vbox的標題欄點ctrl+d
[root@rh VBOXADDITIONS_3.2.12_68302]# sh VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run
裝完後重啓系統就可以正常使用
