CCS出现以下错误提示：
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -151 @ 0x0)
One of the FTDI driver functions used during
the connect returned bad status or an error.
The cause may one or more of: invalid emulator serial number,
仿真器和板子都没有问题，电脑重新，板子重启，复位，还是无效
最后在控制面板上发现该仿真器驱动处于感叹号状态，重新安装之后重启电脑就解决了。
