c++ hello world 引發的錯誤

把多年不用的C++程序重新撿起來，發現hello world 都舉步維艱啊，哎！！

直接上代碼：

	cout << "this is line one\n";
	return 0;
}

編譯的時候發現錯誤提示：

[Error] 'cout' was not declared in this scope

我記得以前是看着《C++編程指南》還是什麼祕籍coding的，一直沒什麼問題，突然報錯之後想了半天才發現，

從c++開始就已經有namespace的概念了

C++ 1998 要求cout and endl被調用使用'std::cout'和'std::endl'格式,或using namespace std;

後來加上了

using namespace std;

正常編譯成功。
