SAP Sybase SQLAnywhere 12的一次unload/reload來重建數據庫

SQLAnwhere數據庫的unload/reload主要用於數據庫的物理重建，有時候能把數據庫文件收縮得非常小，同時性能也得到提升。

本文來源於一個實際的生產環境示例。原始的db文件達到6.6G, log文件，達到145G. 經過unload/reload之後，db文件只有79M，而事務log文件只有4.4M.

請看下邊的操作步驟：

1. 執行unload並reload, 新建一個數據庫文件e:\default.db

2. 重新指定log位置，(因爲原來的log就在 d:\DbTxLogs\default.log下邊），而unload/reload操作只會把log文件放到db的當前目錄下邊

3. copy default.db and default.log to the original location.恢復到原來位置

4. 看看對應的文件的大小：

對於生產環境，除了定期備份，定期進行unload/reload也是很有意義的。ASA其實也可以用於中等規模的系統應用當中。操作非常方便。在移動應用中更是大顯身手。
