學習MMDetection

mmdetection是商湯科技和香港中文大學開源的一個目標檢測工具箱，目前支持了常見的目標檢測網絡Faster-RCNN、Mask-RCNN、Fast-RCNN、SSD、Cascade-RCNN等；
該工具箱具有以下三點優勢：performance稍高、訓練速度稍快、所需顯存稍小。
