發現14.7不能支持xc7v2000t

Supported Devices
- Virtex-7, Kintex-7, Artix-7, Zynq-7000
- 7 series Integrated Block does not support targeting SSIT devices with the ISE tool flow.Customers that want to target SSIT devices (1500T and 2000T) must use the Vivado development environment.

用vivado2016.1編譯，可以綜合成功，所以7系列的開發板還是用vivado比較好。
