面向未來的研究機構更需要的是具備系統思維, 同時擁有動手能力、喜歡搭系統的人才,對於人才的發展更應不設限。在智源你不會只因爲沒有博士學位,就不能成爲“研究員”,或是直接被放到工程師的崗位上—— 在用人方面,這樣的變化看起來很微小,但對於一向看重文憑而忽略動手能力的中國科研界來說,
