Let me talk an interesting story to you. This story came from my long-time yogic experiences of teaching and guiding people.Urdhvadhanurasana – Stay 1 minute!What is going to happen? Most of students felt hard or tough to endure in 40-50 seconds, and before 1 minute they fail to stay in that position and fell down.

讓我和你說個有趣的故事。這個故事源於我長時間瑜伽的教學和指導的經驗。

輪式1分鐘停留!將發生什麼事?大部分學生覺得難以完成或者在40-50秒的時候達到極限。還沒有達到1分鐘就倒了下來。

Urdhvadhanurasana – Stay 2 minute! How do you guess the result? Interstingly, most of students are able to stay over 1 minutes easily, but before 2 minutes they fail to stay in that position and fell down.I’m really curious of what this story reminds of to you students.

輪式2分鐘停留!你能猜到結果嗎?有趣的是大部分學生可以堅持超過1分鐘,但是不到2分鐘他們又無法繼續堅持在體式上了。

What makes the different result between 2 groups? For your understanding, participants in both groups are same people.In fact, this phenomenon happened because people just try and do within their own limits which they themselves set up. If yoga teacher break down their own limits they themselves set up, students will change their limits and grow as time goes by.

兩次參與者都是同一批人 ,爲什麼測試結果不同呢?

實際上這種現象是因爲人們只是去嘗試做到他們的限度,這個極限是他們自己設定的。如果瑜伽老師能夠有目的的去訓練,並幫助打破他們的自身限度,學生將會發生改變並且隨着時間成長。

Lots of yoga students got upset for their asana skills don’t grow any longer and blame themselves. “Why does my asana skills just stay still?”Even with this story, you might not be able to realize what I want to tell you.Through Taoflow yoga practise, I hope you can break down your yogic limits by yourself.

3、課程目標GOAL


We already know that those who have not strong muscle but good flexibility need to practice a building up muscle peak-pose sequence, however those who have not good flexibility but strong muscle need to practice astretching muscle peak-pose sequence. But, we don’t try to fill up our shortage but want to do more what we are good at.

我們已經知道那些沒有很強肌肉但是柔韌性較好的人,練習必須建立在肌肉力量的基礎上去嘗試高峯體式序列。

然而對於那些柔韌性不好的但有強壯肌肉的人,需要練習拉伸肌肉達到高峯體式序列上。但我們總是隻做我們擅長的,而不嘗試去填補我們短處。


Because we think our shortage as ‘things I can not do and achieve’, that is to say, we make limits in ourselves. Nevertheless, we never tried or challenged before, we don’t have to make conclusion which we are not able to do.

因爲我們總是想自己短板,像是“這個我辦不到”。那也就是說,我們自己讓自己受限!沒有去嘗試和挑戰之前,不必急早下結論對我們做不到的事。

All our limits inasana achievement are made by ourselves. The only key to break down the limitsis in our hand.Of course, all students have their own short-side. We have to admit our short-side but, knockdown the limits by trying and challenging. It is what Taoflow yoga aims for.

靠自己去達成體式上的極限,唯一突破極限的祕訣在我們手中。當然所有學生都有自己的短板,要勇敢面對自己的短處,通過嘗試和挑戰去擊倒我們的極限。

這,就是Taoflow瑜伽的目標。


4、課程方式Class manner 


 —Flow for peak-pose 流動高峯體式

After setting up a peak-pose asana as a goal, we can approach step by step with flow sequence. It is hard to fix the number of peak-pose asanas. According to yoga teacher’s ability, understanding of the rules and yoga student’s ability, we can set up the difficulties in each sequences. Divided into 6 groups 

設定好高峯體式,用序列的編排一步一步去達成。我們很難去固定高峯體式的數量,需要根據瑜伽老師的能力,對編排規則的理解和針對學生的能力,去建立每個序列的難度。分成六塊

①forward-bending peak-pose 前屈高峯體式

②backward-bending peak-pose 後彎高峯體式

③ sideway-bending peak-pose 側彎高峯體式

④ twist peak-pose 扭轉高峯體式

⑤ arm balance peak-pose 手平衡高峯體式

⑥ inversion peak-pose 倒立高峯體式

With the rules below, we can lead every yoga classes in different manner.

在這些編排規則下,我們可以將不同的方法應用於各種瑜伽課程

① By the way of controlling a practice hour

②  By the means of controlling the ration thenumber of Yin-asana and Yang-asana

③ By making different options in same asana.
