镜像可以在http://isv-image.ubuntu.com/vmware/ 下载，包括i386和AMD64 两大平台，Desktop和Server两大系列，同时还为喜欢KDE的朋友准备了KUbuntu对应的版本，考虑得非常周到。

http://www.thoughtpolice.co.uk/vmware/ 这个页面还有其他一些Linux版本的Wmware image供下载(Bit torrent)，包括Ubuntu、Fedora、FreeBSD等。

How to use these images

  1. Get the free VMware Player
  2. Download the image you want to use
  3. Unzip it
  4. Load the image in VMware Player
