Activate windows server 2008 R2 virtual server in hyper-v

Last night , i wanna activate my some virtual windows server 2008R2 virtual servers running in hyper-v.  I got DELL OEM certificate and OEM product key for windows server 2008R2, just lacked a bios file modified with DELL OEM SLIC21, vmxp.exe which locate in path %systemroot%\system32 is the associated bios of hyper-v. All need have to do just replace the default  vmxp.exe (i mean the file  is generateed when hyper-v role is added)  by the modified vmxp.exe (i mean the vmxp is that modified to add DELL slic21 information)  , vmxp.exe 's version in windows server r2 is "6.1.7600.16385".
   Finally , the file "6.1.7600.16385 with dell slic21 " can be downloaded from below URL
