無法加載站點/服務的所有 ISAPI 篩選器。因此啓動中止。

解決辦法：

把32bit的ASP.NET全部註銷，使用這個命令：aspnet_regiis.exe -ua，

然後再重新註冊64bit的ASP.NET: Framework64\v2.0*****\ aspnet_regiis.exe -i
