spyder使用matplotlib 下載報錯ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement matplotlib

一般都是網絡不好，多試幾次就行

4.使用matplotlib畫圖無法顯示報錯解決：Figures now render in the Plots pane by default.

想要彈出窗口顯示matplotlib畫的圖片，修改設置：

Tools > Preferences > iPython console > Graphics > Graphics backend > Automatic

重啓IDE，現在畫圖就會彈出窗口顯示了。
