2007 年我們做 InfoQ 中文站開始,到現在已經有 14 年。前十年,這基本就是一家小而美的公司,我那會經常說我們人數規模似乎從來沒有超過 30 人。當時我們甚至沒有辦公室,大家都在家裏 SOHO 2015 年開始,當時我覺得中國的發展速度很快,我們有很多很好的機會,也要發展得再快一些。所以就找到 InfoQ 的創始人 Floyd Marinescu,跟他說我們想獨立發展。Floyd 也很爽快,因爲對我們很信任,所以談了一個價格後,我就成立了極客邦科技這個公司,在 2015 年的時候把 InfoQ 在大中華區的業務給 2015 年開始創建並運營的,極客時間的前身 StuQ 斯達克學院也是那時候開始創建並運營。TGO鯤鵬會活下來了,但StuQ 斯達克學院做得不好。所以 2017 年我邀請池建強老師加盟,開始重新做知識服務的產品,也就是現在大家看到的“極客時間”,發展到現在註冊會員快 200 萬,付費的會員也超過 60 14 年的發展,極客邦科技現在有團隊人數近 300 人,業務包括 InfoQ、TGO鯤鵬會、極客時間等,估值近 10 億,是一個千里馬公司。所以,也請大家明白,我的創業經驗,適合 300 CXO 們,包括我們這些技術管理者,最重要的三件事是“找人找錢找方向”。這個經驗是幾年前我從TGO鯤鵬會的元老會員老楊(楊冀龍)那學來的。有次開TGO鯤鵬會北京分會的董事會,回來的路上老楊坐我的車,閒聊時我問他作爲知道創宇的聯合創始人,平時的主要工作是什麼,他說很簡單,就是“找人找錢找方向,談夢談情談共贏”,頓時讓我有種恍然大悟的感覺。大家都知道,作爲公司的高管,平時的工作非常繁忙,但是這 14 2017 年,錘子科技的技術總監、MacTalk 公衆號的主理人池建強老師加入我們團隊。雖然我們是一個爲開發者服務的社區,但是我們自己是沒有研發團隊的,說起來也是很有意思的一件事情。池建強加入我們團隊之後,就開始組建團隊,也開始規劃我們的互聯網產品,就是現在大家經常使用的極客時間 InfoQ 架構方面的社區編輯,經常給我講一定要重視產品研發,這樣才能讓公司規模化發展,才能聚集更多的用戶。但是我對這個事情不敏感,雖然買了一些產品設計的書來看,但也找不到感覺。後來,池建強索性就自己加入進來了。到現在爲止極客時間用三年的時間,積累了差不多 200 萬的註冊用戶,付費用戶超過了 60 萬。要知道,InfoQ 在過去十多年的時間裏,也就只有 20 多萬的用戶,這就是關鍵人才的價值。現在我們融資需要講故事的時候,基本是圍繞極客時間展開。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"這裏的「找錢」主要是指融資,不同發展階段所需要的錢的類型也不一樣。在極客邦科技發展的早期,主要是爲了團結更多優秀的專家,採取了類似於衆籌的模式,專家出些錢,更重要的是平時的各種資源的支持。比如馮大輝,科技界的KOL,在最開始的時候就是我們的衆籌對象之一。在 InfoQ A CEO,理由是“決定放下公司日常管理,聚焦遠景戰略、企業文化和社會責任等長期重要事項。”很多時候魚和熊掌不可兼得,公司的治理是需要事無鉅細的,大的要管,小的也不能放過。但在管理上花的時間多了,就很難有大塊的時間來思考“詩和遠方”了。很多時候,選擇比努力更加重要,尤其是對於公司的高管。我現在經常想,如果 3 的會議一直做得非常不錯,包括 QCon 全球軟件開發大會、ArchSummit 全球架構師峯會,包括今天大家參加的 GTLC 全球技術領導力峯會等,在業界都是數一數二的。但是受限於地域、會議現場的容量、專題和專家的容量,這樣的業務天花板還是太低。而在線教育,通過互聯網來提供服務,可擴展性就會好很多,不論你是在北京,還是在新疆,還是在硅谷,都可以隨時通過極客時間 App 來學習。基於這樣的思考,再加上當時知識服務浪潮的興起,我們就決定把公司最好的資源都投入到極客時間 App 裏面來,結果就是大家現在看到的樣子,有了極客時間的極客邦科技,已經成爲 IT is cheap, show me the code”。但在公司治理中,不說話就不行了,不僅要說話,還要反覆地對一件事情進行重複。這個經驗,是從阿里雲的創始人王堅博士那兒學來的。因爲我和他一起創建了 2050,合作的比較多,剛開始的時候幾乎每個月都要見一次面。打的交道多了,我發現他真是一個“愛囉嗦”的人,不論到哪兒做分享,肯定會談到 2050。就是這樣,現在他把 2050 “囉嗦”到杭州市政府將其作爲每年重要的一件事情來支持,桐廬市政府還專門給了個地方作爲 2050 展覽館,浙江衛視還專門有一檔節目就是“預見 CEO 10 個億。我聽過一個說法,就是在中國,公司的年營收在 100 億內的都不是那麼複雜,並不需要太多的管理。這句話給我的觸動很大。所以,現在我和我們的合夥人一起把主要的時間和精力用在跑業務上。我現在要求自己,每週至少有一天要和我們的銷售人員一起見客戶,利用我創始人和 CEO
