2007 年我们做 InfoQ 中文站开始,到现在已经有 14 年。前十年,这基本就是一家小而美的公司,我那会经常说我们人数规模似乎从来没有超过 30 人。当时我们甚至没有办公室,大家都在家里 SOHO 2015 年开始,当时我觉得中国的发展速度很快,我们有很多很好的机会,也要发展得再快一些。所以就找到 InfoQ 的创始人 Floyd Marinescu,跟他说我们想独立发展。Floyd 也很爽快,因为对我们很信任,所以谈了一个价格后,我就成立了极客邦科技这个公司,在 2015 年的时候把 InfoQ 在大中华区的业务给 2015 年开始创建并运营的,极客时间的前身 StuQ 斯达克学院也是那时候开始创建并运营。TGO鲲鹏会活下来了,但StuQ 斯达克学院做得不好。所以 2017 年我邀请池建强老师加盟,开始重新做知识服务的产品,也就是现在大家看到的“极客时间”,发展到现在注册会员快 200 万,付费的会员也超过 60 CXO 们,包括我们这些技术管理者,最重要的三件事是“找人找钱找方向”。这个经验是几年前我从TGO鲲鹏会的元老会员老杨(杨冀龙)那学来的。有次开TGO鲲鹏会北京分会的董事会,回来的路上老杨坐我的车,闲聊时我问他作为知道创宇的联合创始人,平时的主要工作是什么,他说很简单,就是“找人找钱找方向,谈梦谈情谈共赢”,顿时让我有种恍然大悟的感觉。大家都知道,作为公司的高管,平时的工作非常繁忙,但是这 14 2017 年,锤子科技的技术总监、MacTalk 公众号的主理人池建强老师加入我们团队。虽然我们是一个为开发者服务的社区,但是我们自己是没有研发团队的,说起来也是很有意思的一件事情。池建强加入我们团队之后,就开始组建团队,也开始规划我们的互联网产品,就是现在大家经常使用的极客时间 InfoQ 架构方面的社区编辑,经常给我讲一定要重视产品研发,这样才能让公司规模化发展,才能聚集更多的用户。但是我对这个事情不敏感,虽然买了一些产品设计的书来看,但也找不到感觉。后来,池建强索性就自己加入进来了。到现在为止极客时间用三年的时间,积累了差不多 200 万的注册用户,付费用户超过了 60 万。要知道,InfoQ 在过去十多年的时间里,也就只有 20 多万的用户,这就是关键人才的价值。现在我们融资需要讲故事的时候,基本是围绕极客时间展开。"}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":" "}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"color","attrs":{"color":"#494949","name":"user"}}],"text":"这里的「找钱」主要是指融资,不同发展阶段所需要的钱的类型也不一样。在极客邦科技发展的早期,主要是为了团结更多优秀的专家,采取了类似于众筹的模式,专家出些钱,更重要的是平时的各种资源的支持。比如冯大辉,科技界的KOL,在最开始的时候就是我们的众筹对象之一。在 InfoQ A CEO,理由是“决定放下公司日常管理,聚焦远景战略、企业文化和社会责任等长期重要事项。”很多时候鱼和熊掌不可兼得,公司的治理是需要事无巨细的,大的要管,小的也不能放过。但在管理上花的时间多了,就很难有大块的时间来思考“诗和远方”了。很多时候,选择比努力更加重要,尤其是对于公司的高管。我现在经常想,如果 3 的会议一直做得非常不错,包括 QCon 全球软件开发大会、ArchSummit 全球架构师峰会,包括今天大家参加的 GTLC 全球技术领导力峰会等,在业界都是数一数二的。但是受限于地域、会议现场的容量、专题和专家的容量,这样的业务天花板还是太低。而在线教育,通过互联网来提供服务,可扩展性就会好很多,不论你是在北京,还是在新疆,还是在硅谷,都可以随时通过极客时间 App 来学习。基于这样的思考,再加上当时知识服务浪潮的兴起,我们就决定把公司最好的资源都投入到极客时间 App 里面来,结果就是大家现在看到的样子,有了极客时间的极客邦科技,已经成为 IT is cheap, show me the code”。但在公司治理中,不说话就不行了,不仅要说话,还要反复地对一件事情进行重复。这个经验,是从阿里云的创始人王坚博士那儿学来的。因为我和他一起创建了 2050,合作的比较多,刚开始的时候几乎每个月都要见一次面。打的交道多了,我发现他真是一个“爱啰嗦”的人,不论到哪儿做分享,肯定会谈到 2050。就是这样,现在他把 2050 “啰嗦”到杭州市政府将其作为每年重要的一件事情来支持,桐庐市政府还专门给了个地方作为 2050 展览馆,浙江卫视还专门有一档节目就是“预见 CEO
